2017 Disney Tsum Tsum Advent Calendar – Full Review

Disney Advent 2017

In this post, I will be reviewing the entire 2017 Disney Tsum Tsum Advent Calendar.

At the beginning of blogmas last year, I set forth my intentions to review the calendar as I went along, updating every few days with a new batch of cute lil’ tsums.

Then life imploded. So no more Blogmas for me. Boo.

Now the fog has cleared and I feel about 80% recovered from my December misadventures, I thought I’d draw things to a conclusion and round-up the calendar in one mega post.

Psst. The original post was here if you are interested 😉

So hold on to your mouse-ear headbands… here we go!

2017 Disney Tsum Tsum Advent Calendar Contents

Starting with the cutest pieces from the advent calendar… the teeny-tiny tsums!

These are so diddly, I love them all. every time I saw that the calendar door was a small one I got very excited to see who was hiding inside!

From left to right we have Peter Pan, Belle, Stitch, Tinkerbell, Dory and… Nick Wilde from Zootopia… of all the characters!

(Side note. If you haven’t seen Zootopia/Zootropolis go watch it NOW. so good.)

Next, we have most of the medium-sized tsums (I have omitted my two faves for the finale!). These are the same size that you will find in the mystery blind bags.

Here we have Rapunzel, Lilo, Jessie and Joy. A nice selection of characters here. I would have perhaps liked to see a reference to Moana somewhere here, as it’s been so popular this year. But these girls are a lovely choice nonetheless.

They are sitting on some of the accessories that came inside the calendar. Sometimes in the same door as a character, but sometimes they made up a day all on their own. I am most confused about these present shaped stands, I’m not sure if I have them correctly displayed!

These are the large tsums. Each one came with either a reindeer headband or a connecting reindeer harness so you can connect them to the sleigh piece.

Included were Dumbo, Zero, Sully, an alien from Toy Story, Sven and Baloo

The sleigh is a lovely piece and makes up the main focus of the playset in its entirety. You get an attachment to enable you to just have one tsum pulling the sleigh, or other attachments for up to three. I put Zero at the front, Obvs!

Once again, a strange selection of characters. Apart from the accessories, none of the Tsums I have listed so far in any of the sizes are Christmas or festive themed at all. Which is a bit of a shame I think as if you get the plush version every tsum is festive themed and exclusive to the calendar. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

This is the other large accessory that was included in the calendar. It’s a tree…cookie…wreath…thing.

Anyway, it’s cute.

These two, in my opinion, were worth the whole cost of the set alone. Just look how frikkin’ cute they are!

I’m a sucker for the whole Micky/Minnie perfect couple thing anyway. But look how lovely they are in their little Mr and Mrs Santa outfits!

They are the medium size, both fit in the sleigh, and I love them.

To Tsum Up… heh.

So here we are! A whole 24 days of Disney goodness.

Do I think it was worth £30? Yes I do. Will I buy again next year? I think so!

It was a lovely treat to get a tiny sprinkle Disney magic each morning. Even though there were a few dissapointlents, like when you get a strange looking accessory instead of a character and it’s a bit dull. And one of my days had fallen into a different window in manufacturing, so one day I got nothing at all (sob).

Overall it was a great product and I recommend to anyone with an interest in everything Disney!

Thank you so much for reading.

Love, Beccy may
